I was looking for a building contractor and called Jay Allen! Jay told me that he was a realtor but gave me names of realtors to call and numbers! I then asked about storage facilities and who had climate control capabilities! Jay, again, gave me a list of names! It’s a long story short, it took us over a period of five months to move!. Jay remained my constant source of information! He was always happy and pleasant. We were supposed to build a house but, in the long run, ended up buying a house from Jay! Even though we’ve closed on our house, Jay and his coworkers have remained a source of information for us and have helped us every way they can. They have treated us like we’re friends of theirs. We highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a house. You will be treated with respect will be made to feel very comfortable with the people you are dealing with.

Pat worked very hard at finding and helping us buy our house.She was very good at sending us portals of different homes we wanted to see.Since buying our house she checks on our house when we go to Florida for winter and sends us up dates.We had tried 3 other real estate co. & we were not happy with there high & mighty attitude and never would call you back. Pat would call or text within minutes.

We had two lots listed with them after using another realtor first. It took a little while, but the lots sold! More importantly, our realtor kept us informed of what was happening, even if there was no interest at the present time. This really surprised me, but very pleasantly.
