We purchased a home in Fairfield Glade with Jay help. We looked at homes with Jay on a Saturday. We then had to return home. From are home state and with Jays help we placed a bid on a home we had seen in person with Jay. We were eventually out bid. Then a couple weeks later another home we were interested in came on the market. While we were in are home state we had Jay look at the house for us. He even offered tp video the inside and outside of this home. Because of Jays help we bid on this home without even going back down to see it in person. Are bid was accepted and Jay handled all the details of the closing while we were still in our home state. We drove down on closing day, everything went like clock work and we moved in by 1 pm.
