Community Center
The Community Center is located right in the heart of Fairfield Glade. This is where the FUN Begins! Our aquatic center houses a Junior Olympic size indoor swimming pool with sauna and whirlpool facilities. We also have a full size basketball, gymnasium as well as an arcade with pool table, air hockey, video games and pinball. If you’re looking to relax, take advantage of our massage facilities or just sit around the fireplace and enjoy free wifi.
Golf at Fairfield Glade
We are the golf capital of Tennessee! Fairfield Glade is home to five championship golf courses that includes Stonehenge, Druid Hills, Dorchester, Brae and Crag. Within a 30 mile radius, there are 11 golf courses to enjoy.
Lakes
Our great weather conditions allow boating and fishing to thrive throughout the 11 lakes located throughout Fairfield Glade. These lakes are man-made and spring-fed, pollution free, and boast crystal clear waters. Each lake is stocked with small and largemouth bass, bream, yellow perch, crappie, shellcrackers, channel catfish, and blue catfish. The high oxygen content and depths of Lakes Dartmoor, Glastowbury, and Kirkstone, are also home to rainbow trout and walleye.

Marinas & Beaches
Fairfield Glade is home to two superb marinas found at Lake Dartmoor and Lake St. George. Pavilion, pontoon boats, fishing boats, canoes, kayaks, & paddle boats for are available for rent. Bait, fishing equipment, and licenses are for sale. Each marina has playground areas, beaches, and vending areas.
Medical
To ensure the health and safety of residents, Fairfield Glade has its own paramedic team on call at all hours of the day. They are located at the fire department and security center. Each security officer is professionally trained and certified to offer 24-hour protection to each resident.
Cumberland Medical Center has quality facilities in Crossville and in Fairfield Glade.
Pickleball
Pickleball is a fun game that is played on a badminton court with the net lowered to 34 inches at the center. It is played with a perforated plastic baseball (similar to a whiffle ball) and wood or composite paddles. It is easy for beginners to learn and for experienced players, it is a quick, fast-paced, competitive game. Pickleball is offered at both the Community & Conference Center and the Tennis Center.
Pool
Fairfield Glade is home to two outdoor pools and one indoor pool/whirlpool facilities. Both Druid Hills and Dorchester are open during the summer months. Druid Hills is a family pool, while Dorchester is for adults over 18.
The Community Center pool/whirlpool is open year round and is for all ages.
Recreational Clubs
Fairfield Glade has hundreds of different clubs that provide residents with many activities. These include golf, tennis, bocce, kayaking, dominoes, trivia, karaoke,art guild, euchre, dog park, photography, hiking, reading, church, music, and many many more.
Tennis
Fairfield Glade Racquet Center is a full service tennis facility. The Center features 4 indoor courts and 4 outdoor clay courts. In addition, we have outdoor hard courts located at Druid Hills CC. The Center has been the recipient of Tennis Industry Magazine’s “Court of the Year Award”.
Weather
We are lucky to experience moderate year-round temperatures. Our mild summer days and cool summer nights can be contributed to our elevation — the Cumberland Plateaus sit at 2,000 ft elevation — and this affords us more comfortable temperatures, and lower humidity factors than most areas of the South. July is the hottest month of the year, with an average relative humidity of 72 percent.
We do get some snow in the area during the winter months, but due to mild daytime temperatures, it is usually little more than an overnight dusting that is usually gone within a couple of hours. At most, snow coverage lasts for a couple of days.
